The chicken tasted and looked like they had chewed it up and spat it onto the bread roll. I told them about it and they said there is nothing wrong with it and that's the chicken they always use. No refund for the meal. Putrid.

- Leteshia Wright Added April 30, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Today I witnessed staff abuse a lady and her elderly father after THEY neglected to ask her for her green tick BEFORE they ordered. Many cafes don't check and the lady seemed genuine that she had made a mistake and forgot as she said she doesnt frequent cafes often. If the staff are going to enforce this rule that is fine but do it properly, don't allow a customer to order, then wait, before kicking them out and publicly abusing them! So shameful.

The only real issue is how half of the drink menu board is hiden below the counter... Overall, a great coffee place with some quirks.
