- Lance Baker Added June 04, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Paid for a cut and colour for my wife's birthday it was meant to take 1hr 30mins. 2hours and 15mins later she came out with very uneven cut and colour was way different ,she also has a very sore back from the massage chair oh and also she never received the glass of wine they promised but was only offered a tea or coffee
- maz franz Added May 23, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆my daughter had a 7.30pm appt and arrived on time .. at 8.30pm . she text me saying .. seriously mum.Im still waiting. they don't have enough staff on....my reaction was good Lord Stefan haven't changed in over 40 years. back then my experience was 6 hours from start to finish. like seriously get your act together Stefan. you should pay the customer waiting time.

I showed on my banking app on my phone that it had and was treated like a criminal. All Stefan staff is concerned about is the selling as much as possible and in my case trying to slug me twice. Called head office only for them to never call back. I have never been treated so badly after shelling out $180 fir products. Will be going to Epic Hair salon Ascot where customer is treated well. I was forced by Stefan staff to hand over all private details in front of other customers like a common criminal. Disgusting
