  Absolutely avoid their service department at all cost! They had our car for 3 months and still didn’t fix the issue. We had taken the car back several times and it still took them approx 1 year to diagnose what the actual problem was. Completely horrendous! It is the worst experience we have ever encountered.

  very disappointed experience as I had to take my car three times for a same issue of oil leaking, the third time they said I need to leave my car for one or two days n got a car from friend for 2 days but after one week they called me n said I need to leave it for another week n when I asked for a loan car they didn't accept it, anyway I'm paying $90 a day for car hire and still waiting they fix a simple oil leak, not recommended at all.

  An extremely disinterested sales person. If you don't want to talk to people, or get out of your chair, you're in the wrong industry. Unwilling to give even the slightest of information for our questions. Drove to Aspley Nissan and gave them our money instead.

  Hello Village Team. Review wasn't because we were not happy - there were good parts too! Eg we liked that we were able to have a test drive. The 3 star review comes from - we are really keen to buy a Nissan Patrol but we really want the new model. We are trying to work with your team to secure one of these when they become available. We have posed a question relating to trade in and a purchase now of the old model with a guarantee trade for the new model. Your sales person needed to check a few things with your manager - that was weeks ago and no one has contacted us back. We feel like they are not interested. That is really disappointing. We will be buying a Nissan patrol - the question is when and if it will be with your team. (We really hope so!)

  Avoid at all costs. Terrible communication from the service department. Terrible quality and terrible handling of warranty.
  
  Obviously there’s delays with replacement parts, but they lie constantly, have to be chased up to deliver a basic level of customer service and are completely rude and dismissive.
  
  I purchased a demo model Nissan x-trail, have had nothing but problems. It leaks water, the seats fabric is faulty, the aircon vent is faulty and trying to get the service department to fix these issues under warranty, and deliver on what they promise is impossible. Anything they say they’ll do, won’t happen, and all you’ll do is be given the run around- and if you offer to source the parts yourself you’ll be told they won’t release the part numbers or be of any assistance. So stuck with a car that I hate, with a company that doesn’t care about anything past the point of sale.
